vfridge may, from time to time, send you announcements relating to changes in relevant products or services, or new products or services. When I send a card, how will the recipient's details be used?
We use the recipients details to personalize their Cracker, and to inform them via email that they have a Cracker waiting. We may also email recipients to inform them of changes or upgrades which affect their Cracker.
Are the Crackers I send private?
vfridge values your privacy, and keeps our servers secure by the use of passwords, firewalls, physical security and other measures. However, no system is completely secure and we do not recommend you use Crackers to exchange confidential information. vfridge will not look at the contents of your Crackers except in the course of system maintenance or debugging, or to prevent abuse of the Crackers system, or in the event of a complaint from a recipient or sender.
How long will are individual Crackers available for?
Generally, we will keep your Crackers for 30 days, after which they will expire. However, there is a faint possibility that problems with our systems may result in Crackers being unavailable, either temporarily or permanently. vfridge Ltd. make no guarantees that Crackers will be delivered, or be available for viewing.
What restrictions does vfridge place on the use of Crackers?
You may not use a false name or email address.
You may only send Crackers to recipients with which you are acquainted, and who are acquainted with you.
You may not send Crackers to recipients with whom you have been requested not to communicate, either by the recipients themselves, vfridge Ltd. or any other appropriate authority.
You may not send Crackers which, in either your opinion or vfridge's opinion, the recipient is likely to find either offensive, upsetting or unpleasant.
You may not use Crackers to send bulk mail, spam or advertising. No form of automated completion of recipient address fields may be used beyond a manually instigated "copy" and "paste".
You may not use Crackers for purposes which are illegal or unlawful in: i) The United Kingdom; ii) The juristriction from which you are sending the Cracker; iii) The juristriction in which the Cracker will be received.
vfridge reserves the right to remove any Cracker from the system, for any reason.
vfridge also reserves the rights to block or ban particular senders or recipients.
